to eat whatever I want without suffering any negative repercussions on my appearance or health.

Although I started my fitness journey with appearance-based aspirations, what really drove me to adopt a fitter lifestyle was a strong desire to eat more.

I’ve always loved food, you see. I was persuaded when I discovered that adopting particular habits allowed you to eat more food.
You can only consume so much, of course, especially as you start to develop a lean body. However, being able to eat is always preferable to having nothing (at least for me).

In my case, I increased my daily caloric intake by 29%, from 1,700 to 2,200 calories, while also losing weight. Even while 2,200 calories might not seem impressive to some, it is the upper limit for a person my age, gender, height, and weight.

All I had to do was start implementing 12 activities that have been shown scientifically to increase metabolism.

The effectiveness of these practices can, however, be impacted by underlying medical disorders like hypothyroidism or diabetes. So before making any significant changes in your life, always get the advice of a health professional.
