Everyone wants to be around individuals with experience, but experience comes with work. It’s a never-ending cycle. The best way out of it is to work on a personal project to set yourself apart from the competition. For instance, if you’re interested in web development, make one, two, or three apps that demonstrate your abilities in backend development and user interface design.
